Kathy Hahn was born and raised in Algiers on the Westbank of New Orleans.  She attended St Mary’s Dominican High School and then graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Southeastern Louisiana University. She spent the first part of her career working in the accounting industry for both public and private companies.  

After living in Metairie for 20+ years she found herself wanting to live on the water more full-time so she moved her family to Slidell.  “I have always been interested in looking at property; however, when we purchased our second home, we were so excited!” she says.  “I want everyone to be as  excited as we were!”  Likewise, when they sold their first house, she goes on to say, “I was unsure of the selling process.  I want to guide sellers so that they can continue to do what they do on a daily basis and not worry about getting their home sold!”  So after personally experiencing both sides of the real estate process, she knew where the second part of her career should lie, and she never looked back.

Kathy has been married for 25 years to her husband Brett and is the mother of 2 amazing children, Andrew and Rachael.  Her family also includes her precious pooch, Mikey, a miniature dachshund. She and her family enjoy vacationing at the beach, boating, cooking and spending time together.

Kathy has a strong background in accounting and business.  This knowledge and expertise has proven to be a huge asset when guiding buyers and sellers through their real estate transactions.
